Dr Hannah Farthing – She/Her
Hannah was born in Seymore and spent the majority of her childhood in Wodonga, before moving to Melbourne to attend Monash University.
As part of her training, Hannah undertook placements in South and West Gippsland as well as Bendigo. This sparked Hannah’s passion for rural medicine and Gippsland in particular.
Areas of disciplines within these placements included obstetrics & gynaecology, paediatrics and emergency medicine.
Hannah enjoys all aspects of general practice with particular interests in obstetrics and gynaecology and sexual health.
When Hannah is not at work she enjoys jigsaw puzzling, board games, running, reading and cuddling her golden retriever, Rosie.
Hannah’s jigsaw puzzling turned from hobby to seeing Hannah attend the World Championships in 2023!
